Noise Policy

The house is set in private grounds but we do have neighbours in close proximity whose needs we respect – and who are used to enjoying a peaceful, tranquil environment in this lovely location. We therefore ask all our guests to show consideration especially with regard to noise. To help ensure everyone’s stay goes well, we ask you to respect the following noise policy:

  1. After 9pm please use the terraces and gardens around the house as quiet areas.
    2. Please do not set up music or karaoke systems outside the house.
    3. Please limit any loud music playing inside the house so it cannot be heard outside –  windows and doors should be closed after 9pm. All music to cease by 11pm. No DJ’s permitted.
    4. Please keep all noise to an absolute minimum in the early morning and late evening.
    5. If you are having any deliveries or ordering taxis please ensure they have clear directions.

The vast majority of our guests will of course behave with great consideration to our neighbours and would never intend to offend but observing our noise policy will remove any potential for the harmonious environment to be disturbed.

Please note: Failure to comply with this noise policy could result in forfeit of your full cautionary deposit.

Using the Jacuzzi

Please read this information as it is for the benefit and safety of all guests.

  1. It is recommended that a maximum of 6 guests use the Jacuzzi at any one time. An increased number will cause the water to overflow and will require re-filling.
  2. Please shower prior to using the Jacuzzi if you are wearing false tan, oils, makeup or skin creams. The water will remove these, and they will damage the filters and leave a residue in the Jacuzzi. *Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction of £100 from the security deposit to cover the additional cost to clean, refill, reheat the water and replace the filters if false tan is found in the Jacuzzi.
  3. The temperature of the Jacuzzi is fixed at 38 degrees centigrade. Please do not alter this.
  4. Please turn the lights and pumps off when you have finished using the Jacuzzi and close the cover.
  5. Please do not sit on or lay on the cover.
  6. For your own safety, it is recommended that you do not bring drink glasses into the Jacuzzi or surrounding area. Plastic glasses are provided.
  7. Please do not smoke or eat food whilst in the Jacuzzi.
  8. Please use the striped towels provided rather than the bathroom towels.
  9. Jacuzzi recommends that you do not spend longer than 30 minutes in the water.
  10. Jacuzzi recommend that anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness consults a doctor before using the Jacuzzi.

Use of the Jacuzzi is at guests own risk and we cannot be held responsible for your safety whilst you are using it. Management reserve the right to refuse usage of the Jacuzzi at any time.

Jacuzzi Maintenance during Your Stay

Please note that for health and safety we have to monitor the chemical levels and will be accessing the Jacuzzi on a daily basis for maintenance at an agreed time. There is no requirement for access to the house. Should it require the water level topping up, please contact us and we shall ensure it is done.
