• From the M5 southbound at Junction 27 take the 3rd exit signposted A361, Tiverton and Barnstaple
• At the roundabout, continue straight on heading for Barnstaple A361
• At the next two roundabouts, continue straight on heading for Barnstaple A361
• At the next roundabout (Barnstaple), take the 1st exit signposted A39, Bideford and Bude
• Go straight across the next roundabout
• At the Roundswell roundabout (Services), take the first exit onto B3232 signposted Torrington
• Continue through St Johns Chapel and Newton Tracey and into Alverdiscott
• Take the first right at the Chapel signposted Alverdiscott Village Hall and Bideford
• Follow this road for exactly 1.5 miles through Stoney Cross, go past a tall white farmhouse on your left called Webbery Barton and an Entrance to Webbery on your right do not go into this property. Webbery Barton Barn is then situated on the left hand side just round the bend and is clearly marked by a signpost opposite. Go in there and the entrance to the barn is straight in front of you through the gate.
The postcode will take you to the bottom of the driveway; not directly to the house. Please do not go up the driveway with the stone pillar as this will take you to a neighbouring house. Carry on a little way and look for the farmhouse and barns on your left.
