The Wye Valley Canoe Centre
The Wye Valley Canoe Centre sits on the banks of the River Wye four miles west of Hay-on-Wye. They are located on the bridge at Glasbury and have a fleet of Canadian canoes, single kayaks and double kayaks. You can paddle for a few hours or for a few days. You’ll start at the Wye Valley Canoe Centre in Glasbury and paddle downstream. When you reach your destination you phone them and they will collect you and your canoes with a minibus and trailer. It is a beautiful stretch of river and ideal for spending time with family and friends, enjoying the peace and quiet of an unspoilt stretch of water.

Small Breeds Farm Park & Owl Centre
They have been welcoming visitors for the past 25 years to share this very special place and their wonderful collection of miniature, rare and friendly creatures. During winter months and in very wet weather the animals are displayed undercover which makes it more comfortable for them and for you. There is wheelchair access to all areas of the farm, with free mobility scooter loan on site.
