• When booking for a small group of up to 6, guests will have use of 3 bedrooms (a master double, queen, and twin), the kitchen and reception/living room and a downstairs WC. All other rooms will be locked
• Guests will have use of all the gardens
• For groups larger than 6 guests, Hope Cottage is also available for rent as separate accommodation
